PRAYER BEFORE MEDITATION 4 -14 - 24

Holy Spirit of God, be in our minds, 

To guide our thoughts towards the truth. 

Holy Spirit of God, be in our hearts, 

To cleanse us from every unclean desire.

Holy Spirit of God, be upon our lips, 

To preserve us from all hurting speech, 

And to help us by your words, 

To communicate life, joy and love.

Holy Spirit of God, be upon our hands, 

That they may be faithful in work, 

And eager in service.

Holy Spirit of God, be upon our whole lives. 

That they may be strong with your power, 

Wise with your wisdom, And beautiful with your love 

Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
